The Bruce Peninsula is a little patch of land that juts up between Georgian Bay and Lake Huron, about halfway between the Equator and the North Pole. and The Fitz is about halfway up the peninsula, right on the Bruce Trail and the Niagara Escarpment, and steps away from Georgian Bay.

Lion’s Head is about 250 km northwest of Toronto and about 50 km south of Tobermory, which marks the tip of the peninsula and home to Bruce Peninsula National Park and Fathom Five National Marine Park.
